About Us
Team 4 Nutrition was founded by Cathy Trujillo-Moffet, a Registered Dietitian who has been practicing in the dietetics field since 1996. In 2008, Cathy teamed up with her husband, who is a private publisher/manufacturer. After being able to compare the high cost of education materials available vs. the reasonable cost of producing and manufacturing such items, Cathy realized that the prices of many items being sold to educators are highly inflated, so she decided to form Team 4 Nutrition. Team 4 Nutrition sells high quality items at affordable costs.
